WHOLESALE PRICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

. Zett Sports reserves the right to reject any membership application for any reason.
. Club members mest abide by the terms and conditions set out on their membership application or risk having their membership cancelled.
. These prices will be applied for instructors that run their own clubs and are reselling to their student base.
. All general stock purchases must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
. All custom-made orders require a minimum 50% deposit and the ballance on delivery.
. Orders of products not kept in stock (eg jigsaw mats, centurian man etc) require 100% payment at the time of ordering.
. Re-sale of Zett Sports products is to be at no less then the Zett Sports retail price with the exception of 10% discount on sales over $100.
. Zett Sports reserves the right to reject sales at wholesale prices if it is found that the retail price is being undercut.
. When applying for Club prices, ABN or proof of club/dojo/business name registration must be provided.
RETAIL SALES:

. At the discretion of Zett Sports staff, retail customers may receive a discount on their purchases of up to (but never exceeding) 10% on purchases over $100 (that applyies only at the counter sales).
. All special orders require a minimum 50% deposit.
HOLDING OF STOCK:
------------------------
In the event of retail customer requesting a hold on items:
. Items must be purchased at full retail price (there will be no discount)
. Items will be held for a maximum of 14 days, after which time stock will be returned to the shelf for sale.
. It is the customers responsibility to collect items within the 14 days alloted time.
. Items will be placed on hold at the discretion of Zett Sports staff depending on stock availibility and volume demand.
